Q. What is a bootcamp ?

A. Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Boot camp workouts are:
• A great way to burn lots of calories.
• Efficient - you work your whole body in a short period of time.
• Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored.
• Easy to fit in to a busy schedule - Your workout will be over and done with in 45 minutes, but your metabolism will be fired up for the rest of the day.
• As challenging as you want them to be.

Q. How long is each workout ?
A. Because this method of training is so effective, each workout only needs to be 45 minutes long. Thats it - your daily workout over and done with in just 45 minutes and your body will keep burning calories long after the workout is over!

Q. What happens if I miss a workout ?
A. If you know when you sign up for bootcamp that you are going to miss a workout you must let me know in advance, then I can set you homework!

Beach Bootcamp takes place every Wednesday at 8.00 am on the beach/paseo by Tito’s on Mojacar Playa.
Just bring a towel and water .... and something to wipe away the sweat !
Don’t worry if you’re not superfit though .... all exercises are done at your own pace and can be modified to suit your own level of fitness.
