The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches
and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity.
In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You

Beach Bootcamp takes place
every Wednesday at 8.00 am on the beach/paseo by Tito’s on Mojacar
Playa. Just bring a towel and water .... and something to wipe away the sweat ! Don’t worry if you’re not superfit though .... all exercises are done at your own pace and can be modified to suit your own level of fitness. |
