Ambos servicios son ideales para los propietarios de chalets y apartamentos que no viven en la zona. El Servicio Mantenimiento Indasol realiza visitas semanales comprobando que la vivienda no ha sufrido ninguna averia, robo. La comprobación del buen estado de la vivienda. Gestiones abarcando Pago de Contribución, Sevillana, Galasa o cualquier otra formalidad administrativa que ud. no pueda realizar por no tener su residencia en Mojácar. El Servicio Alquiler Indasol gestiona el alquiler de su vivienda sin que ud. tenga que preocuparse: Publicidad nacional e internacional ofreciendo nuestros productos en el mercado. Inventario de la vivienda e información sobre lo que tiene que incluir. Equipo de limpieza y lavanderia. Equipo de mantenimiento para cualquier averia. Acompañamiento de los clientes a la vivienda y su contacto en la zona ante cualquier problema. Followed by the Accounting Procedure for the financial year together with the elaboration of payments, banking procedures, personnel and yearly accounts.
