Terms and Conditions of Hire

 

1. Goods hired on this contract remain the property of Mojacar Hire Services™, (Here in after called M.H.S.) at all times. Hirers may not for any reason, re-assign, loan, or otherwise dispose of, or pass title of ownership to any third parties at any time.

 

2. Goods are on hire for the time period of this contract only, and must be returned in good order (along with any accessories provided) by the due date. Failure to do so will result in a charge against the held deposit for recovery of costs incurred by M.H.S.

 

3. Goods on hire from M.H.S. are the responsibility of the hirer and any loss, theft, breakage or damage by the hirer, whether wilful or accidental, must be paid for in full (including any accessories provided by M.H.S.)

 

4. Goods hired should only be used strictly in accordance with any written or verbal instructions for their use provided at the time of hire.

 

5. The hirer in and on signing this agreement accepts that goods supplied at the time of hire were in good order and were fit for their intended purpose.

 

6. M.H.S. does not accept liability for any claim for damages or personal injury caused to the hirer or any third parties as a result of goods hired on this contract.

 

7. M.H.S. does not accept liability for damage or malfunction to any other equipment when used in conjunction with goods on hire from M.H.S.

 

8. The hirer should, if they so require, ensure that they have adequate indemnity for loss, theft, damage or personal injury for themselves or any third parties for goods hired on this contract. M.H.S. does not accept liability or provide insurance for goods hired on this contract.

 

9. M.H.S. its staff, agents or representatives do not have the right to vary, alter or change these terms and conditions, whether in writing or verbally at any time or for any reason, and no such change should be implied at any time by the hirer.

 

10. By signing this contract the hirer is accepting these terms and conditions in full and without EXCEPTION

 

11. M.H.S. reserve the right to vary or change these terms and conditions without notice.
