HOUSE FOR RENT - MOJACAR PLAYA

The property is a two bed roomed apartment on two levels. It is part of a new complex (community) with
a shared swimming pool.

It has two bedrooms, one is a double room the other is a twin room. There are two bathrooms, one with
a shower and one with bath.
|
|
There is a living area and a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with
all necessary equipment to cook meals consisting of a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge freezer,
hob and oven.

The property has two balconies and garden furniture is available for use on these. All the windows
and patio doors are double-glazed and have drop down shutters for security and to keep the rooms cool.
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, dining area and living area. There are outside lights fitted
at the entrance door and on both balconies. Before any stay the property will be cleaned and fresh sheets
and towels will be provided. These will be changed on a weekly basis.
The property is a short walk
(approx 3 to 5 mins) to the beach and all the amenities.

The property is located on Ave de la Parata and is known as Rincon de Bahia (No. 23)
|
|
The nearest airports are Almeria (1 hours drive), Alicante (2 hours drive) and Murcia (1 ¾ hours drive).
For information Malaga is about a 4 hours drive. You can book flights through any means, but try Tarleton,
BA, Buzz, Go, Easyjet, BMI Baby, and there is also a new cheap airline out of Birmingham called MyTravelLite.com
who might be worth a try.
