Casa de los Sueños is a complex of two villas which were completed in June 2001. The owners live in the same complex on a permanent basis. Consequently the guest villa has been equipped to a high living standard. The complex stands in a 5 acre plot in completely rural surroundings. Despite this, it is only 3 kilometres to the main coastal motorway, 10 minutes from shops and bars and 15 minutes from the beach at either Mojacar or Garrucha. There are stunning mountain and countryside views to all sides of the villa which lies opposite a newly planted Rioja vineyard. Figs, almonds & wild herbs grow freely. The following airports serve Mojacar. It is a two hour drive south of Alicante, an hour and thirty minutes from Murcia (San Javier) and forty minutes east of Almeria.

The Local Area Garrucha is a commercial fishing port where one can also enjoy numerous marine sports and once again has bars and restaurants to suit all appetites and ages. A water park and a new 18 hole golf course is only 10Km away with numerous other golf courses in the area. In fact all types of sporting facilities are available close by. The next town Mojacar is only a short ride away and also boasts a breathtaking coastline, many bars and restaurants and fabulous scenery. A visit to old Mojacar town is a must, full of character, and typically Spanish. Local markets are held most days of the week for all your holiday purchases and souvenirs. The Villa Facilities Patio & Pool Area. The main patio and pool area is in the central courtyard of the property. The pool is kidney shaped, approximately 54 sq.m. in area and is fitted with underwater lighting. The pool has it's own outside shower facilities. The guest villa has extensive patio areas to the front and rear of the property. Sun beds, pool towels, patio furniture and a barbecue are provided. Accommodation The guest villa accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with en-suite facilities. There is a large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washing facilities are available in the main villa.
